Hitachi Home & Life Solutions Hitachi Johnson Control - Hitachi Air Conditioning I have a complaint regarding the Logicool Air conditioners bought by us. We bought 10 Air conditioners together and we facing problems in 6 of them since last year. We have been registering the complaints over customer care but those complaints are closed before anybody turns up to inspect the AC's. No mechanic has ever visited to check the AC's. There are different messages that we receive everytime stating that the "complaint has been closed".
5 AC's: 3.17 tonne
1 AC: 2.88 tonne
Problem is ice formation, water dripping and loud sound
My last complaint was made on 20 August 2016. I was given a local service number of Pal refrigeration: 9810809782. Still the complaint was closed.This is the heights of negligence.
This is the last time we are complaining to the company.
WE HAVE EVEN MAILED OUR COMPLAINT BUT EVEN THAT DID NOT WORK.
We received a reply from "Ashmita" saying that we will get a call from your side. Neither we got a call nor a mail. We received a msg again saying the "THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CLOSED". I have attached a proof too.
Next time we are filing a complaint in consumer court for sure. This is the last option we have.
