I AM SO DISAPPOINTED FOR HAVING TRUSTED SUCH FRAUDS. NEVER TRUST THEM.
Please never ever opt for their service if you want to get a peaceful shifting done. They don't have their own vehicles or office, result no delivery or unpacking or safety.
Be very careful before you get trapped with these looters. Please beware in any engagement with this company or these guys.
They don't have warehouse or their own infrastructure like they claim. Check with 2 companies(Hindustan Relocation Packers & Movers, Leo Worldwide Movers & Packers).
This is fake company. The insurance fee that they charge is fake.
There are lots of bad reviews about this guy, but I ignored it because of this guy’s talk. So let’s teach this guy a lesson.
1. 1st I have got oral quote for Rs.25, 000, 2nd on Inspection I got written quote for Rs. 42, 000 and on the final day I got shocked with New revised quote & invoice Price Rs.72, 000.
2. After loading the goods your executive demanded 100% payment, plus GST Amount, Plus Insurance Amount. Which was not informed earlier. So, we landed with total 90, 000. After loading we didn't have any option to argue as we got fooled.
3. Vehicle was supposed to be 32 feet long container but goods dumped in 20 feet vehicle, which was not sufficient and you have sent the balance in another people along goods.
4. Packing material was not sufficient and unprofessional packaging.
5. Goods were lying in some remote location of Ahmedabad, and I was forced to go to in midnight just to settle with 3rd party vendor to get released of my goods. Just because the 3rd party vendor doesn’t trust this guy for payment.
6. I had to arrange for labor, transporter paying heavy amount of Rs.18, 000 to get shifted the goods to my residence.
7. I had to arrange again labor & transporter to get balance material from outskirt to my residence paying again Rs.28, 000 due to your unprofessional work.
8. I had to arrange for labor and carpenter for unpacking and re-fixing for furniture, I had to pay Rs.13, 500.
9. Due to delay we have to stay in hotel and eat in restaurant for 4 days.
10. There was lots of delay, humiliation, mental torcher and suffering because of this company.
11. Lots of goods got damaged like refrigerator dent, washing machine not working, furniture broke, mattress spoiled completely, 2-Wheeler speedo meter broke, and more stuff broke.
12. We have lost of the items which can't be described.
13. Critical items were damaged despite multiple requests to handle with care.
