I was in Shimla from 12-06-19 to 14-06-19 with family, we have plan to visit Rohtang pass on( 13-06-19) which is 50 km from Manali, for which I was higher a car(Mahindra Xylo) from " Himalayan Explorer, Left Bank Aleo New Manali, Himachal Pradesh" in 10 thousand Rs for complete Rohtang pass tour.
for which I was online transfer 2000 rs as booking amount on 12-06-19, after confirmation there called me by 9 pm and informed we will go to Rohtang pass by tomorrow early morning(4 am) so that we will reach between 10 am to 11 am, so that full-day we will enjoy the snow and other adventures,
according to there instruction my family(6 persons+ 1 child(3 years daughter)was ready by 4 am, but driver reached by 5 am and our journey started, due to traffic we were reached on hills( Rohtang pass was still around 17 km) and tire of the car was punctured, we found driver not have tool kit with them, and driver was not interested to arrange the tool kit, after struggling me and my father arranged tool from one Innova car driver and open the bolts by my self and put the stepney, but what we found stepney also not have air inside(it is also punctured).
Now, we have called so many time to Himalayan travels, after so many calls Mr. Ankush Bharadwaj OWNER of Himalayan Travels said " we have sent alternate car which will reach in 1 hr., but car not reached, we were called them several times, every time they said it will reach in 10-15 mins, my family and my little daughter was on road till 4.30pm, alternate car reached by 4.30 pm and due to heavy traffic of Rohtang pass returns vehicles we were reached Rohtang pass by 6.15 pm(late evening) and in 40-45 min it is dark there, so we have started the return journey by 7 pm. means we were at Rohtang just for 40 min.
we have reached the hotel by 12.30 am, because Himalayan travels was not provided me full service I was decided to cut down the 2000 rs, I was paid to ream 6000 rs to the driver, but he Denied, he said I don't know I just want full money, so again I was called Mr. Ankush Bharadwaj owner of Himalayan Travels several times, but he was not pick up my phone, finally driver was ready to take 6000 rs and he said tomorrow Morning Mr Ankush will call me for the same, I said ok.
Next day Mr. Ankush called me and Start talking like a goons, he said " if we will not pay remain 2000rs he will come with taxi union drivers which will open all four tyres of my car and I will not check out the hotel because there person is outside my hotel, he said we don’t know anything if I will not pay money in 10 min. the will hit my family also, I simply said why every time only customer suffer, just for 45 min. trip I will not pay 10000 rs.
9.30 am I was checkout from hotel, just after checkout he starts calling me and start using vulgar language, after 15 min 4 goons on bike come in front of my car stop my car and start extrusion, they start threatening to my family inside car, my daughter start crying and traffic jam started there, my father pay them 2000 rs but this will not stop here,
Mr. Ankush Bharadwaj again starts calling me, and start gaali and abusive language, I stop picking up the phone so he starts sending SMS, start bad language messages on my whats-app, till I was not blocked them.
Very very bad experience returned to Manali with very bad memories.
