A must have for a person like me as I suffer chapped lips all the time. My lips crack painfully.
Supposedly "Enriched with the oils of Castor, Coconut, Wheat Germ and Carrot and the extracts of Sweet Indrajao" it has no resemblance to anything cosmetic. It can, however, be used before or after you apply your lip colour, I suppose.
From the unequivocally vocal praise it has on Mouthshut and elsewhere it seems to be a patriotic duty to vote for it!
Personally, I have yet to use it regularly and am perhaps not doing so because of the texture and feel - it feels quite waxy.
That apart, it's handy first aid for lips and a must carry item for all as chapped lips afflict many at at different seasons.
Also, it's purportedly entirely natural.
Reading through what is said on the Himalaya website I wonder if it might not work for cracked heels too and as hand cream?
All in all I think it's not pure lip service that so many seem to find this product so wonderful - inspires me to use it regularly!
