Recently we have started a training institute in Madhapur, Hyderabad. So that we have to work on online also. For that reason we approached Hireach broadband service provider. Using Hireach Broadband Internet service from last one week. The providers of this service installed connection in 48hrs. But they promised that they establish the connection within 24hrs. Service side they are little poor. Coming to the speed we have chosen 10mbps it's like comfort for our needs.
Charges for 10mbps for six months is Rs.3300 felt reasonable. In this week we got some connection issues so I called customer care and they sent technician within half n hour. They rectified the issue successfully.
Till now we are satisfied with the service. strongly recommended.
