Finally decided to live with the bike for next few years quietly. Being a new bike, I am going to allow the engine to open up and maybe even the suspension may improve as I clock more kms on the bike. ASC guys have been listening patiently till now but don't see a point in wasting my precious time with them further.
Reason, there is no point visiting doctor for headaches and fevers that the doctor can not heal. Sometimes having too much medicines also can be excruciating. I couldn't bear to see the poor little new bike being revved, operated on again and again just one week after hitting the road. So its me and my xpro going forward. Will keep the post updated with my life with the xpro. Will modify the ratings too based on my experience going forward.
Update 2: Today I noticed a white froth like thing coming out of the silencer just below the exhaust vent. Note that it is the point below the exhaust vent and not the vent itself. I rushed to the ASC again. They touched and smelled the substance/liquid.It was odorless. So they guessed its water that entered the exhaust somehow. They then dried the spot with pressurized air and then revved the engine. No sign of that froth after that. They said all Hero bikes' exhaust have an additional hole apart from the main exhaust and showed me some other bikes like splendors and passion pros. All of them had such holes. So as of now no froth coming out below the silencer exhaust vent. Will keep the review updated.
Update: The Hero ASC had taken my bike yesterday to check the gear and suspension problem. This was finally on my 6th visit to the service centre in one week. They have replaced the rear shock absorbers in front of me and the gear shift is a little better now with 2nd gear being easier to shift to. The suspension is marginally better. Need to test it though as the back pain from before still hasn't gotten better yet. Will keep the review updated.

Recently bought a Passion xpro. Chose it over the normal Passion pro for the disc brake and tubeless tyres. Did not know that I had just taken the worst decision of my life. The review that follows is about a brand new Passion xpro which has not even completed 250km.
Engine: We may call it a vibrator or pulverizer. It gives a huge sound with vibrations but the pickup is equal to a 97cc engine. Its a joke that this is actually a 110cc bike.
Gearshift: Have never seen this kind of pathetic gear shifts from any new bike. Shifting upwards to second is almost impossible with a single try and finding neutral without moving the bike back and forth is a feat in itself.
Suspension: This is the worst part about this bike. You will feel like riding a cycle and I got back and neck pain in a single day trip of 30km only. It is so hard that you can feel the pain down your spine and get knuckle breaking sounds from your neck. Think they have installed a heavy spring that does no shock absorbing for a normal weighing person of 70kg.
Ride quality: Well, with the so called tubeless tyres, you may feel a bit confident that you are covered up on the normal abrupt punctures but wait, you can always watch the road at 40kmph for nails, etc. It is very difficult to exceed 40kmph. Even if you do, the suspension makes sure it wobbles/jumps you and your bike to the extent of slowing down of fear of being thrown off the bike. Speed breaker I must say with an addon Back breaker.
I felt its my duty to warn all people out there of the poor performance of this bike and hope no one else loses their hard earned money on this joke of a bike.
Note: I am not a newbie to biking and have purchased/used bikes from TVS/Yamaha/Bajaj/Honda in the past 15 years
