I have serious concerns about Herohonda's NPI (New Product Introduction). How many years are they going to keep the same design? Market is changing dramatically and more featured bikes are coming at affordable price.
As far as Karizma is concerned, there is neither change in cost nor improvement in product. This is really very odd. Karizma is such a wonderful bike with unbeatable power and handling. But Still no upgrades in Design. I really dont know whether Herohonda have a good R&D Team to perform design upgrades!
Karizma becomes outdated bike of the Year 2009 due to the following reasons...
No Digital Dash board and Instrumentations (Now almost all performance bikes gone digital) - No Fuel Injection yet
No Rear Disc Brakes
No Tubeless wide tyres
No mileage improvements (Hardly 20 kmpl though it is claimed to be 40 kmpl on papers)
No Powerful Horn
No Prismatic Headlamps, Led tail lamps and reflective indicators - No Suspension Upgrades
Very Costly components and Running Cost when compared to bikes of similar spec.
Bad colour themes (Black colour with Red Alloy Wheel...How the HH R&D could conceive such an idiotic Theme?)
Herohonda...How many days are you going to sell this product without value additions ? Your upgrades have only stickering and colour changes, which is not at all worth for customers. I have gone through your website, I dont know whether to laugh or cry...You are highlighting simple colour changes as a major feature...that too that red alloy wheel option and graphics.
Herohonda...you are spoiling a good product and making it obsolete soon by keeping the same model without upgradation.
