HENRY HARVIN INDIA EDUCATION LLP is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

First of all, keeping my issue aside, the basic courtesy of talking to people is nonexistent in this organisation. Each and every one of their staffs is SUPER RUDE in their behaviour and their conceited attitude.


I was surprised that No matter whom I got to talk to - everyone was always so damn arrogant. In fact, few of their customer executives reproach me of calling them again and again and accusing me of disturbing them by calling them repeatedly. How ironical that is.


So here goes my story.


I came across Henry Harvin on google while looking for my CAPM exam training. One of their customer execs, Abdul, calls me and takes me through the details of the course I want to enrol for and promising a complimentary self-paced learning Agile course along with my package which I obviously never got.


When I started the first class, got to know it wasn’t my CAPM class it was PMP which is completely different course. I raised my concern but Abdul asked me to go through the class, repeatedly saying that I am in the right batch. Ironically, I had to convince him that how this course and mine is different and the syllabus is entirely different.


So, he again asked me to finish the first class and promised to resolve my query the next day. I did the same. Kept on waiting but no reply. So I mailed customer support but to no avail I got the same response saying I am in the right batch. After enquiring again Abdul told me that one of their seniors would call me but I didn’t get the call. Later, after enquiring again Abdul said he thought I got the call.


Their communication hierarchy is pathetic. And started getting rude to me. Finally I got the call from Miss Shivani who kept on forcing me to do the second class and after that if I am not satisfied they will do something else. I denied and asked my money back as I already wasted 15 days of my time and didn’t get my issue resolved. She said she will do the same and never updated me back - no calls no emails. I connected again and got to know she was on leave for a week and I should ask Abdul for the refund who got me enrolled in the first place.


I asked Abdul and here we go again - Abdul was dodging my questions not responding and taking my calls. And finally responds saying that his manager would talk to me. They captured me in a loop saying the same thing over and over again which I already had gone through multiple times over. They are completely reluctant to refund my money and wanting me to be with them forcibly.


I haven’t got my money(Rs 9, 500) back and I don’t think I ever will.


I ATTACH THE CONVERSATION WITH ABDUL. Please do read it if you are reading my review. He called me repeatedly when he wanted me to pay and lured me into this to pay asap by saying he won’t be able to provide the complimentary course if I don’t pay asap. Anyway, I never got the course.
