Dear All,
5 Stars for Faculties. The Project Management faculties are subject matter experts. They are very much knowledgeable and solve student's queries and doubts with lot of patience and guide very well.
However, very much disappointed with their management policies, back-end support staff and counsellors. Just to sell their course, they lure students with promises which are not kept up with. I believe, every enrolled student is entitled to access the lecture series and videos of course pursued. All other organisations give lifetime access to students for LMS. However, at Henry Harvin you will be given access only for a year's time and then they will deactivate your account. You won't be able to access your lecture series and videos to study further.
I was sold the course by Ms. Vineeta with Buy 1 Get 2 offer. The offer was: Buy 1 Henry Harvin Live Online Classroom Course and Get 1 Online Course+ Lifetime Membership for Free.
I bought the same, attended lectures and started studying for exams. Unfortunately, due to Covid could not appear for exams and had no strength to study. When tried to log into my account for studies I found that my dashboard was empty and I was deactivated from all the lecture series and videos attended. I followed up with Ms. Vineeta, explained her about my condition and requested to make videos and lecture series available to me for exams as I bought the course with Lifetime Free Membership of Henry Harvin. I also requested for batch allotment to attend any ongoing class to refresh PM knowledge as at the time of my enrollment, PMI had made certain changes in the syllabus. Ms. Vineeta assured me the same and connected me with other counsellors. They too couldn't help me much saying only Ms. Vineeta can do the needful as she was my counsellor and she sold me the course with Buy 1 Get 2 offer. I tried following up with Ms. Vineeta in vain. She stopped answering my calls and messages even after reading. Almost a month I pursued with them in vain.
I did not even avail of another online course. I was falsely promised of Lifetime Free Membership of Henry Harvin just for the sake of completing sales targets by Ms. Vineeta. Ms. Vineeta being representative of Henry Harvin Education has left a real bad impression of the organisation with false promises. Henry Harvin Institute is only bothered about selling its courses. It has nothing to do with customer satisfaction.
I strongly believe that if we have bought the course, at least the study material, lecture series, videos should be made available to students with lifetime access to it, especially when the course is sold under the pretext of Lifetime Free Membership.
That's my plight friends! If you are buying any course from Henry Harvin, please make sure they walk the talk. Thanks!
