Manisha koirala, Aditi rao, Sonakshi sinha, Fardeen khan a good come back and he looked so much like his young days. Waheeda, and many many more fine actors and actresses.

Every character is given equal weightage and well played. Manisha as Mallikajaan reminded so much of Madhuri dixit and wished she would look beautiful in that character. Struggles of being a women and their survival well knitted and neatly shown on screen. The grace of women is done so beautifully by Aditi rao. The clothes adorned by the Heeramandi women were exquisite. I always like to watch Sanjay leela's movie for the sets, clothes and the elegance he brings in characters. Here and there some amiss. Expect more from the director when it comes to series. The songs and music were excellent. I give 4 stars.
