Don't sleep in this bus, They change the route in the middle of the night, no warning If you sleep, they are polite not to wake you up. You will end up in a different location. I boarded from Chennai(after 12 hours)- I disembarked in Chennai. Fun right?. My destination was Trivandrum(even the bus was to go to tvm). All who were awake were politely told to board another bus at 3 AM in Madurai. My bus, boarded a new set of people and came back to Chennai. Of course no refunds, and don't argue it turns ugly.
In case you end up in this bus any ways - you wake up in the middle of the night and see the bus running. open GPS and make sure you are headed the right way!
