Losing weight & joining gym. have absolutely no connection.This is my experience.In gym particulary girls are bound to lose initially because of loss of fat.but therafter they start developing muscles;& since muscle mass weighs more than fat mass;these girls start putting on weight;which becomes permanent. Why it is permanent?because you never expect muscles to lose.plus in Gym.because of heavy western type of exercises your appetite increases so much that you tend to eat wrong food.This again makes you gain good weight.See what happens to the athletes!


The correct way to lose weight is to watch what you are eating.Always make a diary of one full month;show to your doctor.Then get guidance from him.Sometimes you may suffer from ''Endocrinological-THYROID (which is missed many times);this ailment is not uncommon.Even mental imbalance like deppression is so commonly associeted with ''Obesity''.
