We have to put some efforts from our side if want to loose weight.
Most important thing is to calculate our calorie intakes. It is very easy to count calories in food which we eat we can always search calorie count of different food items which we consume through out the day for example - there are 256 calorie in a roti of 100 gm, 89 calorie in a banana etc. Use help from search engines like google.
Every person have to take calories according to BODY MASS INDEX for example a person with 70 kg of weight should consume 2500 to 3000 calories a day it also depend on what kind of work someone do.
