Hi mates I am Devashish Mehta from Delhi. I was over weight and very unsatisfied with my body. I lost all hopes and motivation because after maintaining an healthy diet and a workout full of cardio exercises I still didn't get in better shape but all I got a bad skin near my waist line and some other parts. Then I consulted a professional for his help and he told me his 5 golden rules to lose fat. I will share those 5 rules with you guys too. They are as follows-


1) NEVER MISS WEIGHT TRAINING- He told me that cardio will help you lose some weight but not help with my skin problem or give me a good body shape.


By going weight training with cardio it will help to cut that skin which is near my waist line and other body parts and give me a better body shape with some muscularity and a good pump.


2) NEVER FOLLOW A STRICT DIET- If one follows a strict diet our metabolism rate adjusts accordingly but when you have some cheat meal your body will rapidly increase weight due to the wrong balance and extreme change in metabolism rate. So the only way to cure it is to have normal healthy food in regular intervals in less quantity.


3) SIMPLE FORMULA OF BURNING MORE CALORIES THAN CONSUMING - This may look familiar to some people but this is not easy because you need to keep track of your calorie consumption and burn.


4)DRINK WATER-  Water is that source which is fat free and helps to detoxify your body from unwanted toxins and have many other benefits as well.
