It used to be one of my favorite online supplement shops, but as of late, their service has become very sloppy , the customer care folks though polite, do not do anything to redress issues, they have a poor courier delivery partnership.
They once had a monopoly and could afford to take customers for a ride , but now, due to many online retailers doing the same business. If they continue such stuff, it will die an easy death in this cutthroat competition!
It has been 14 days since I have ordered my stuff and I am waiting for it to get delivered ! :(
