First you have to choose how much weight you want to loose or gain in a month. Then according to that the app will display how much meals and calories you should consume. There are many food items and dishes listed here, so you can just add the food item and its quantity and the calories would be added. you have to enter information of everything you eat in the whole day and then the app will calculate what was the amount of calories, protiens, etc consumed in that day.
