In the garb of deep discounting, Healthians are engaging clintile for blood sample testing in the most fictitious and fake manner. Many of my blood parameters when reported abnormally higher than the normal range, I got my blood sample retested at local reputed lab and to my utter surprise, 7 of them, related with lipid profile, kidney functioning, sodium & phosphorus contents were found wrongly and arbitarily reported by Healthians lab test report dated 26th May, 2022.
When escalated the issue, their Lab Quality team attributed the error to randomness error in any machine. I wondered how different machines shown randomness error on the same day, for the same sample and in the same direction( upside)! When rebutted them with this observation, they have opted not to revert back even after lapse of more than 15 days of reporting the issue.
It compels me to conclude that putting some arbitrary numbers against test results is their business model either to cut costs or keeping client engaged for repetitive tests or both.
Went through ordeal for around 5 days till my doctor nephrologist cleared me of any kidney disease after my 2nd test reports and examining me clinically.
Beware of lab test reports from Healthians as these have hardly a sanctity left.
