I had booked a RT PCR test for one of my international travels. I have made payment online and my sample was supposed to be collected between 1.00 to 2.00 pm. The person who was in charge of collecting samples did not show up in the booked time. After a lot of follow up calls, he turned up at 5.30 pm to collect my sample.
I had my flight next evening. So I wanted to get my test report in the promised 24 hours window. But my report was not sent at all. I was following up with customer care with absolutely no response. I was given a number by the guy who collected my sample to check the status of my report. When I called on this number, I was promised I would get the report in time but nothing happened. I was then calling him again to follow up and he stopped picking up my calls.
After getting zero response, I had to call into another lab and pay them additional money for an emergency test so that I don't miss my flight. Later at night after I had boarded my flight, I got the test report from Healthians with the wrong timing of sample collection.
I am so angry right now that I want to sue this company. This is absolutely reckless which might have cost me immensely. I cannot believe that a huge company like this can behave this way.
I hope this feedback will help take some serious actions so that customers who rely on you don't get cheated like this in future.
I can give all the proofs from follow up phone calls to messages to my test time, report etc. if required.
