I Ordered "100012794" on 1st Oct 2013 along with another product from healthcart.com at the same time. I got my heathcart order after 2 days.
Today is 7th Oct 2013 and I am still chasing Healthgenie customer service just o know the status of my product. Every time I call, CSE says that she is checking the status and will call back in 5 mins and their 5 mins never ends.
My bad was that I paid online and now I am still paying for their lazy & casual attitude.
THEY ARE THE WORST. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE.
