I haven't seen a businessman till today, who insults his potential customer.
Heak Auto(Skoda Dealer), Nashik is the living example of the most careless car dealer.
We had visited their showroom to enquire about the model Rapid and the new scheme the company was advertising about.
To our dismay, we were not even attended for the first 5 minutes after entering. We felt like fools looking around here and there. I had to myself call a staff member and then she came and asked me what I wanted. She didn't even greet me! Then when I inquired about the model Rapid, she said she'll send the sales guy to attend us and left. We were again lonely in the big showroom for the next 3-4 minutes. Finally, the man arrived and started talking to us. He gave us the information about the car. It was satisfying.
When we asked him about finance options and the EMI scheme launched by company, he took us to the showroom owner. The owner was talking over the phone and didn't even ask us to sit down. We sat there ourselves. When his phone call ended, he started talking to us.
He literally answered to our questions only. He didn't seem enthusiastic enough to sell his product. He denied a test drive too. We were not even served with a glass of water. We left the showroom in total disappointment and a vow to never visit this dealer again for the entire life.
My impression about this dealer, the WORST and the most UNPROFESSIONAL.
