This is not a satisfactory policy for me. I was not able to renew the policy due to the technical error from HDFCs side and no one wanted to take responsibility for that.
Moreover, the credit card team were chasing me like any thing for making payment through credit card. I don't understand why shall I pay through credit card. When I ask them any thing over mail, I am not responded properly also. My policy number is HN12022013000147.
Now apart from I stopped using credit card, I have stopped using HDFC ergo insurance also.
I have decided not to use any HDFC product.
