Hi friends,
I am using their services since a year and I found there are few charges which they charge are undetectable and un expainable.
I paid the electricity bill of 3694 in the month of Dec 2016 but where as I also updated my auto payment for electricity hence the bill generation was not been updated in auto pay mode so I used freecharge and paid the same but after a week got message that the auto bill payment has been proceesed but where as I received the electricity bill as paid only 1 time.
When I contacted the HDFC credit card department they said contact electricity board they cant help us.
Please don't buy and don't use their services. Worst experience they wont tell deduction and wont reply properly.
