Customer care is worst. Their customer care executives don't know a thing. When u call they r not ready to give u right info coz they don't understand wat u want. Second when u email a query they take a week to respond with the wrong obvious answers.
They are only bothered about closing the queries even if it is not resolved. Customer care is actually 'get rid of customer'
