I remember this being the first credit card I physically used, back in 2011-2014 period. It had minimal features and didn't really stand out, especially. No glaring negatives in this regard.
THINGS TO NOTE:
BASIC PLAN: It accrued 2 points for every Rs. 150 spent and 50% more points (x3) for every Rs. 150 spends above Rs. 75, 000 spent in a statement cycle. So, the accrual of points in this particular card was quite gradual.
It was a lifetime free credit card for me.
REDEMPTION: The redemption process here was usual, with no special benefits seen in this regard, for this particular card.
SCOPE: It was a VISA international card and could be used online as well as physically, at stores and outlets. International transactions were also possible.
SECURITY: Security wise, the coverage was good with the provision of secure online transaction being there.
But it was not a chip card, the usage period being what it was.
USABILITY: The usability was very good whether online or actual usage of the card. Being a VISA card, it was hardly ever rejected at outlets or merchants.
There was no wi-fi option on the card, being used in the period that it was.
OVERDRAFT LIMIT: The overdraft limit was very low, at the time, the default value being Rs. 30, 000. But the bank holds the discretion to offer you more, depending on your usage.
SERVICE: My usage of the card didn't require much servicing. But they were always helpful in this regard, in case of any queries.
MAIN LIMITATION: I suppose the main limitation of the card was that although it did whatever it had well with no real faults, it didn't possess features which could really stand out.
To conclude, as it didn't especially stand out in its features, I also didn't feel compelled to continue with it after 2014. A simple card with basic usage features which may not hold too much appeal. There are certainly way better cards out there.
