I'm using the HDFC Credit Card, while applying for the card hdfc staff will hold your hand and show you the heaven path without any delays, they talk very politely, by calls they will activate health-related plans insurance plans for 1 year no carry forward to next year only you to have renewal it waste of money, since 2014 January 28th I got the Credit Card, to till date, I made a mistake by paying the minimum amount as I got into financial issues and health-related issues in 2018 Nov-Dec I didn't make the min dues as I have been hospitalized I got discharged dec month ending I got a lot of calls from hdfc ie third party or hdfc staff I asked them to settle my card the caller(hdfc) name Srinivas Reddy said he is HDFC Manager I explain all my problems to him he said to me to make the 2 months EMI then I can go for settlement.
I agreed and made the payment of 2500 EMI and 2500 EMI to collection executive on Thursday the person Srinivas Reddy said by Monday I will send you HDFC settlement letter for 28000 he promised so I arranged the money since Monday till now march he is not lifting my call, I recently joined a new company I didn't make the payments for Jan and Feb and March, because I want settlement and I can't trust on callers anymore since March 27th I got a call from HDFC Collection team name: Mayuri she called me so many times but couldn't lift the call as I'm in meetings she called around 6PM - 6:30PM I received I asked all the details on Srinivas Reddy and settlement she is not interested in providing the details she said I don't know who is Srinivas reddy I called for payment information when you will do payment, my outstanding is 57000 she gave 46000 for settlement which I didnt like and I'm not happy till I'm talking to her she said my job time is over I will call you tomorrow.
I'm shocked then why the hell she called me at that time if she is at logout time, next day I'm not well I got a call from HDFC person Sai he asked me the information on srinivas reddy he said I may know him I will get the details on this, is very polite and tried to resolve my problem he took srinivas reddy number he said he will get back to me, but he didn't or I missed his call, on march 29th I got plenty of call at 9 am I received the same girl Mayuri she is taking in telugu and saying epudu paychestharu I said I will make the payment by next week as I'm waiting for the salary the only source of income for me, she said me to look for alternates and make the payment I cant wait anymore I said I cant make the payment she is something kinda childish behavior taking it to personal level as I need to give money to her I asked her to transfer the call to manager his name is SANTHOSH he talked to me at starting he talked very good as gentlement.
I asked him who is Srinivas Reddy he said I dont know but later he said me to make atleast 1 month then take 15 days thats a good option he gave I asked him about settlement and said what happen with srinivas reddy and all, so I said at the point I cant trust anyone because I dont have any clarity ie they are calling from direct HDFC or any third party, then he started talking roughly he said if u dont trust then make 3 months emi amount today itself I asked what happen why are you shouting I said him clearly I will make the payment he said to do so I said ok i'll make the payment within 1/2 hr, I tried all the ways to arrange but couldnt happen I got a call around 2:20 PM, Mayuri Called after alot of calls I attended the call she asked have you done the payment when you will do you said 1/2 hr its over, I asked why are you talking like I have taken amount from you and as outside people talk like bank executive she said you have taken hdfc credit card then make the payment I said hdfc credit card gave the card with eligibility criteria to me then only I got the card, with rough talking she said I will call again with my manager( SANTHOSH).
He called after 2 mins by lifting the call he said asked payment no respect nothing no introduction because they use multiple numbers while calling I said him very politely, he said no I want the payment now itself I said him if you shout or if I argue payment cant be done he said go out and beg and make the payment, even I said why are you talking very rude such a way that I took my money from you, talk like a employee he said I'm from HDFC they recruit me I said him they didnt hire you to not to talk like this, why HDFC credit card team will recruit this cheap person into bank as he talked like he is the CEO of HDFC, for everything there are some rules, he threatens me if you wont make the payment next minute you will see, then I got frustrated and hang up the call, & called customer care said everything happen today I'm not sure how much they will take this complaint as priority.
IN MY LIFE I WILL NEVER TAKE HDFC Credit Card or anything related HDFC products
