We are preferred customer class in HDFC Bank, with customer ID 41037198.
We were told my hdfc bank that keeping a minimal balance above one lakh will classify us as preferred customer, and we will have a free debit card as a privileged customer.
But as I closed my old debit card which had expired, HDFC Bank asked me fee for issuing a new card which is in ethical and wrong, and I wanted to report this issue to banking ombudsman.
I am amit(8527770312), reporting this complaint on behalf of my mother who is account holder by name Shashi.
I wanted to report this cheat and poor behaviors by hdfc bank to banking ombudsman followed by twitter and consumer complaint.
