Bike loan of centurion bank. Review on HDFC Bank

I have taken bike loan of centurian bank on 8/8/2006 in gurgaon (hero honda showroom m/s jasodha auto) after taht they have taken ECS form from me, I was not much aware about the concerns of bike loan and its effects.Then its emi goes deducted from my account.

Now last emi is due, I want to take no dues certificate and so contacted in gurgaon khansa road branch. but they do not respond.Again second time I contacted them o 8/6/08 by my june ecs no. **ECS DR/TP Centurion /872539 , again the asked this loan may be from ITO branch, Then I contacted to ITO branch they told go to JHANDELWALAN branch, now I am a service personso takin leave and going from one branch to another branch is very difficult.I have asked please give the telephone of that branch no one have given.

Now I am trapped in this loan.I ho[pe ecs will stopped after full settelment , but feared if this will continued what can I do such type of bank.
