I would like to share my very bad and pathetic experience with HDFC LTD. For NRI home loan. I have applied for NRI Home loan two months back. One executive name Chinto Shah from satellite branch Ahmadabad contacted me and evaluated my documents he told me that my income is high so I will not get any issue of funding.
He instructed me to generate an Power of attorney for further process. After few days I obtained my application form & POA. I submitted all my documents to the executive for login as I was instructed that I will get login within two days once I will submit my documents. As soon as I submitted my document to him he started generating small queries about my documents. I tried to solve many of the queries.
Many of the times the executive has not picked up my phone, Mean while one month has passed and I keep on asking to executive that why he is not login my file. After all this I am forced to complain against him. The catch is HDFC LTD has given one three stage procedure for complains on its website. First I have to mail customer care. Then I have to mail Director of the Branch of that state. And if complain is not solved then have to complain to top most agency and I think complain grievance work is also outsourced to some other agency. I call hundreds of times at the center but no one has given proper answer.
The customer cares has contacted me twice but when I asked for commitment I didn't get any reply. Then after lots of effort I can able to get the email id of Director of Branch and then I get a call. My executive gets replaced and once again I have to follow the same process. After few days my case was handed over to credit manager and in the first meeting he said my file is not going to get process as I am having issues with my Visa. When I asked him that why I was not been informed earlier and wasted my 3 months. The answer was we are sorry that our executive has not guided rightly.
The sales executives of HDFC LTD are cheaters, they first of collect all your documents, provide you fake commitments and when we try to complain against them it’s really difficult to get in touch with any person in the hierarchy. The branch managers are only looking to complete their targets; they don’t think that they are wasting time of any one. The customer care people try to pamper the customers to get some time. No people in the hierarchy even bother to call me that what is going wrong. It is useless to call front desk as your call will never going to reach at right place. At every time I have explain my whole case to a new guy.
We earn money by doing hard work but they want to earn it simply by doing this kind of fraud things. I am not bothering about my money I can earn that but I what others to know that what kind of fraudulent activities this people are following.
