1. I am a person suffering from depression and social anxiety. Meaning I am differently abled. I set my ATM withdrawl to 10000 but I am getting only 1000 rupees.
2. HDFC Bank app is as stupid as their technical staff. They don't provide enough information or tags-links to address or troubleshoot ones issue.
3. They made me purchase HDFC Life by coercion.
4. Their bank demand draft bounced back. And for cancelling it they charged me service tax.
5. During Onam when the bank is open they are busy gossiping, dancing and busy with flower arrangements. You wait for hours and then leave the bank. Most of the banking staff know absolutely nothing. That professional touch and aura is missing.
6. The bank staff are liars.
7. Payzapp installed could not be used for nearly 2 years which could have helped me purchase goods on discounted price at POS.
8. It's better HDFC online banking is replaced by old time paper pay in slip. Their digital technology is ridiculous. What kind of technical staff are they hiring? Because the app is useless and helpless. Just like their staff.
9. Their app is so difficult to manoeuvre that there's no point in having it. It makes it all the more difficult to avail the online services and netbanking.
10. The debit card withdrawal limit from ATM cannot be easily set. Even if you reset it, you won't get the amount that was set. You can't even enter the debit card expiry month and year and even the country code. The app fails to recognize india's 91 code while entering the mobile number. Why are they then into this banking sector. Why can't they sell pakodas and kachoris instead?
11. If you go to their bank, despite the technological innovations they got a massive work force who knows absolutely nothing. That's the reason why we don't get a decent return on our FD and RD investments. A huge chunk of money they invest on technical force whose online apps, online services, telecalls, emails, banking apps, EVA chatbot, Payzapp, personal WhatsApp chat and banker, netbanking all are very very substandard. But they must be carrying home lacs every month as salary from our hard earned money. This is daylight robbery like Gabbar Singh.
12. I have already filed a case against them with an online lawyer and the RBI. But RBI is as bad as the banking staff. They are thugs.
13. Quite frequently I have observed that my password is not accepted on their netbanking page. So that shows that their technical workforce is dumb. Just as dumb and useless as their app and non-working staff.
13. HDFC staff are unaccountable, unreliable, liars. Just opening ATM-bhangaar-waala-ka-dabbas all over the country will not ensure easy availability of cash. Many a times, it's seen that their ATM dabba is empty.
