HDFC though is a well known Bank, but less & bad ATM services provided.
It happened that I was at Bandra & was out of money, after searching for an ATM finally I found 1 of HDFC. Shocked! It was a long queue, as if I was standing for ration. Its took me almost half an hour waiting as I had no other option , who ever went in faced some or the other problem & had to call for the security , where he easily said , “Mujhe nahi pata, kya problem hai machine mei ?”
Ofcourse, how would he, as he was not enough literate ya. Finally it was my turn, I have this habit to remove my Mini statement first & then withdraw, so I followed the instructions but did not get the print of my transactions so I called the security as there was nobody else around, he came hit the machine hard will sound funny but truth I got the print.
I was so annoyed that just withdrew my money before he could come again & hit the machine to get my card as well. I went & informed the lady after me as she wanted to know why I took so much time; she left the queue & searched for another ATM!
Suggestion which is not applicable: Hit the machine hard if you want a copy of your transactions or to withdraw money lol !!!
