Foremost thing is that it allow touch login but limit the features.
Again major problem you are going to face when you change the mobile set. It will continue to say that you are registered on a different device. Mean you can not change the mobile. Whereas correct method is, it should recognize the registered mobile. But HDFCBK have their own security philosophy.
There are many methods to raise security features but HDFCBK will pay your online bill even without a pass code.
