The HCL LEAPTOPS are good no doubt.
However, the carry case provided by them was pathetic and the shoulder strap broke in a week's time.
When contacted, HCL informed me that I can replace it with the dealer I got my leaptop from. So I did. Another 3 days on the move and this time the carry case's shoulder strap broke again and BAM! fell on the ground with a thud. Lucky for me the laptop is still in working condition.
When I called up HCL Support, they told me that maybe I was dumping stuff in my carry case. I was quite surprised to receive such an IGNORANT and STUPID reply from a so called BRANDED company. Infact I never carry more than a small writing notepad other than the HCL notebook and it's power cord.
Finally I now use my old IBM carry case, which I got from Dubai. It is more than 5yrs old and I carry more than just the laptop in it.
WHAT SAY HCL?
AFTER SALES SERVICE is PATHETIC.
