I bought a flat in Haware citi Ghodbunder Road, Thane West- Mumbai from Haware builders in 2015, along with a stilt car parking space. In 2016 builder took my parking space without my consent due to that particular building needs to be Constructed, where in parking is. Later he agreed to pay the rent to use my parking for the period he uses my parking. When the building construction work was completed, near after around 7 years, neither he paid the rent, nor he’s releasing my parking space. I have written around 300+ emails to the builder on this, tried calling him ‘n’ number of times, and tried to meet him personally as well. But no luck. He is not providing my parking space back. Now I got to know that builder had already sold out my parking space to someone else with different parking no. and the person who bought the parking he is already started using my parking and also builder had replaced the parking number.

This is a total fraud and a cheating by the builder. So, whoever is thinking to deal with Haware builder, make sure you think multiple times before purchase a flat etc.
