The title sounds great. The product from a known company which is well known, familiar and popular. Product quality -- will be good....
The statements above paint a very wonderful and colourful picture.
But the actual truth? Check out below
Product looks very good. No doubt the product is from a reputed brand and a familiar brand too. But the mixer grinder in actual usage does not live up to the mark.
The first complaint about the product- The moment we switched it on, it reminded us as if we had purchased a turbine. The motor noise is so loud that it is more than normal. Agreed it is a 750 watts motor, but still the sound is more than normal. If you are grinding any hard substances, the noise will be more. We nicknamed it "The mini kitchen turbine"
The noise is so irritating, we stopped using it after a few days. We are using it only when it is extremely needed.
Havells should have done something to reduce the noise. Not sure if the noise levels are same with the other 750 watts models.
The second complaint is about the lid quality of the jars. They became loose after a few days. Not acceptable for a product from a company like Havells. Also the lid locking to the jars are a bit flimsy. Not sturdy.
You cannot use the jars without holding it with one hand. There is no locking mechanism so that you can just attach the jar to the mixer grinder and use it. Poor product planning. No ease of use.
The only positive thing about this mixer grinder is its milk white colour and its size. The colour is attractive and it is like a vertical pillar. Hence occupies less space when compared to the "L" shaped mixer grinders.
We stopped using this mixer grinder and now it is lying in a corner in our kitchen. Will definitely not use it and will never recommend to any body.
Stay away from this model.
