We have been using Hathway cable television service from past 5 years and the connection is via a local cable operator. They have a set top box that is given to you which is not that great and reliable as we had to change the box many times.
The HD channels they provide are blur and definitely don't qualify being called HD. As soon as we complaint to our operator they somehow make it work but again that is very short lived. They offer very few channels and you miss out on most of the good channels.
The good part is Hathway's pricing is low as compared other operators like dish TV, airtel, Tata. Please do not expect much from their customer care as they can hardly solve your problem. They do provide a bill every month. There have been times when the video is running but the audio is lost.
Over all doesn't not match expectation but not that bad as it depends on your local operator as well.
