I wanted to have new Hathway broadband connection and submitted new connection request form online several months ago still there is no call or coverage in my area though Tikona, ACT, BSNL, Jio, Airtel everyone else provide.
I tried calling customer care he asked How did you get my number?! Is it a crime calling Customer Care?! This is how typical companies treat customers!
I have applied for a new connection and there has been no response from anyone.
