I am not too sure if Hathway Cables(Television) belongs to this category. Anyway since I could not find that, am ranting here about the pathetic service. What is so frustrating is that there are hardly people who respond to queries considering this is given out to cable operators.
As far as this goes, we have been at the receiving end of the shoddy service with the operator who provides service in the Kamanahalli area. They do not respond to queries. The'office' is always closed. The technicians hardly ever do their job. What is the point of taking up the dealership if they do not have the bandwidth to carry out the service.
The number provided on the card is never answered by the owner of the cable dealership in the area. Basically, when you consider all the options that they are supposed to provide, it is nothing short of pathetic. If you plan on going with Hathway in the area, it is best to consider other options instead of going this route. The bottom line is that the cable operator is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO THROUGH KAMMANAHALLI CABLE NETWORK at all - you WILL regret it. Waste of your hard earned money.
