User id- 1152567823 I paid Rs 943 for renewal on 6/3/2018 through Paytm. Money got deducted but, recharge was not done. I called up customer care, and they said, the amount will be automatically refunded to my account within 5 days. And asked me to do another payment and I did. The 2nd one was successful. I waited for more than 5 days, no refund received. I called up customer care. They asked me to wait for more than 7 days. And I did, it was more than 15 days, and it went on. When I called up again, they said, sorry sir, not possible for a refund and told me to use the internet for next month. But next month I didn't want the internet as I was travelling. So I asked if I can use it after 2 months, they said I can. And after 2 months I called up and told them to activate my connection again. They said "No money in my account, please recharge" and the argument started, went on and they agreed to activate it and they did for 2 days and again disconnected. Again I called up, again they activated for 2 days. And stopped telling no payment done. I went to their offices and asked. They said they will properly do it this time. But I waited they didn't And then lodged a complaint on consumer forum.


OLD DOCKET NO:- 920644 user id- 1152567823 registered mob no.- 9840166419 registered mail id - s.bala285@gmail.com customer is using broadband connection with a rental plan I of 943/-rs. and according to him, he did recharge for his broadband connection on 6/3/2018 via Paytm. but the amount got deducted, but recharge was not done. so he made payment again, but later on, the Paytm transaction also got successful. but he used his service for one month only and deactivated his service by requesting a company. and asked for a refund. but they were not refunding his amount even after they promised to refund his amount and also asked the customer to use the service for more one month. but when the customer agreed, than they did not provide his service by saying that, he had not done any payment. even after he had already made payment. complaint no.- NOT GOT. reference no.-.NOT GOT. So he mailed company appellate authority. but they are not responding. and they are also closing his complaint without any resolution. He sent mail to the company on 19/9/2018 after mail to they revert wait for 1 month and they provide him a refund but till now they did not give him any response. expected- want a refund.


But they finally told them also that they can't do a refund.


It is so cheap that a big company like Hathway loot money from people and be stubborn about their stupid policies.
