I am using from last 1 year Hathway, from last one week I am facing issue with connectivity. Whenever I am calling Hathway, they are clueless how to fix the issue. Moreover they are telling me all sort of stories that it may take a day, five days or 15 days to resolve the issue. Bottom line is their customer support is not only pathetic but also liars. They have a grievance management process but as expected either their number doesn't exists or dont get picked up. I am not sure if these people don't know how to run the show why don't they close the shop. Adding to the pain, they have asked for the half yearly payment and now I am stuck, they dont have any return back policy. So once you pay them you cannot go anywhere and you have to live with whatever poor service or no service they give. my request is PLEASE DONT GO FOR THEM. Choose some other ISP. but unless you want to see how get nightmares I will give Hathway 5 stars over the Annabelle
