Took 3months 50MPS .crying now
this is unbelievable. Hathway was just floped me whole the time. The executive said that I will get a nice 50mbps, mailed billing department about the issue. Today morning I got an SMS that my complaint has been closed. By the way this is a standard setting in Hathway system, in my experience. Your complaint automatically gets closed the next morning and an SMS is sent to the customer - irrespective of the actual status of the issue.
During the latest 1-month period, my connecting was downsome time nights
days in the last week itis 512Kbps . I had to call everyday, repeat the whole story everyday, get different answers everyday without any effect. By the way, WITHIN NEXT 4 HOURS is the standard script of the customer care executives for any damn issue on the earth.
