Thus begins the first paragraph of the best book in the world that I've ever read {and I've read more than 10 thousand books at the least....no kidding} !
From the very first chapter the excitement begins! It's Dementors...in PRIVET DRIVE!

This book also introduces to us Professor Umbridge...new headmistress and 'High Inquisitor' of Hogwarts. She is also the new Defence Against the dark arts teacher...Snape fails to get that job....AGAIN!
It's Harry's O.W.L. {ordinary wizarding level} this year. Fred and George get further on with their ''Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes''.
Rowling's writing ability cannot under any circumstances be doubted. She's a first rate writer for children and adults alike!
