May be I am so late with this review ,but I have to…
Raj kanwar is one director who realizes the importance of good sound track.The title track of this film is a brilliant love ballad sung by Udit and Alka .Both sound very fresh and the song does have some kind of distinctiveness as compared to the run –of-the- mill Bollywood ballads.The album also features a slow cut of the title song sung by Alka.
This is then followed by a second cut on the album,DIL DIL DEEWANA ,another duet by the same. One of the tune that really sticks out is AISA PAHLI BAAR HUA HI sung by Sonunigam.I must comment that he does sound like Anu malik in the beginning of the track.
PIYA O…. is a catchy ,bubbly tune ,rendered by pinky ,preeti and prashanth. Anu Malik does make an unfortunate appearance in one of the songs of this album.EK GARAM CHAI….. does sounds very cheesy-for me….doesn’t it??And it doesn’t get better with KK,who is been wasted by Anu in SAHIBA…
Musically this album seems pretty much average..but nothing much to rave about
