I had booked 4 tickets from RedBus using 2 reg mob numbers to get all seats in the same bus with taking satisfied discounts of rs 250 per booking.
Later, Meanwhile boarding in the bus from their office in Indore, the bus ticket checker wore Red-Coloured T-shirt has asked us to pay separate extra charges on each trolley bag we had.
Being a working professional and in all senses, using my natural kind way of interaction, I asked the ticket checker and other driver staff to let me talk to their upper management to get better clarification on cash payment been asked to pay against the small sized trolleys.... with reminding them about the confirmed booking I made with paying INR10000/- using Redbus.
Then suddenly the Red-Coloured T-shirt guy just started shouting on me and forcefully pushed me back out from the bus with thrown out my luggage on the road. Post 5-10 min of hard & stressed situation we saw other passengers boarded in the bus got involved them in all mess to save all 4 of us from the group of bus staff were pushing we 4 very badly and using abusive language.
I heartily thank to all those passengers who came out to help us and raised their voice for Humanity and with talking to someone from senior position seated at the Dhakkan Wala Boarding point, the bus staff silently carried my luggage to the bus. Because of preplanned and prebooked resorts in Goa, we just peacefully got boarded to the bus followed by physical and mental insult in public place.
But, it was not over for them yet. After 13hrs of travel, around 12 in the late-night near Ahmadnagar they stopped the bus for dinner, where the bus driver went to the restaurant manager/owner and asked him to talk with someone on call together pointing his finger on 4 of us.
We ignored them for the moment as we were getting the food after facing multiple No on stopping requests by we 4 so we can buy something to eat-drink and no replies on stopping requests to pee.
So, We just ordered the veg food which had not been served on my table till the time the bus driver & other passengers been done with eating, the food came on the table the bus was about to leave, So, Instead eating on table, we took the food in the parcel so we could have eaten in bus. But how... here again the driver stopped us to carry the food inside his bus mentioning the excuses of cleanliness inside.
At this point of moment we 4 mutually accepted the worst we all been fallen and trapped into. This helplessness reminds us our patience and calmly left the veg food behind and brought wafers with cookies to feed us at the moment.
This was a memorable journey, I'm gonna share on social media & every available sources of publishing the information. So that other travellers can get aware about and stay away from such incidents and circumstances they may get trapped.
