We all live in the world of STRESSand if we do not take proper measures to control or cure it; we fall prey to many diseases like “Mental; Cardiac; Obesity and many others.
But what is stress? It is like-
1)*FEEL TIRED MOST OF TIME.
2)Find it HARD TO CONCETRATE and impossible to take decisions!
3)Feel SUSPICIUOS of OTHERS?
4)Have you started DRINKING or SMOKING more and more recently?
5)Are you getting LESS SLEEP recently?
6)Do you FEEL CLOSE TO TEARS?
7)ABNORMAL BEHAVIOUR—“Biting of nails; fiddling of hair often; so much anybody can see!
8)Do you have LESS SEX DESIRE?
All these symptoms are typical of “STRESS”.
These are brought out by some incidence in family or friend circle or Business. Like-
i)DIVORCE or separation
ii)Death of partner or LOVED ONE. Or CLOSE relative.
iii)Loss of good JOB /or FINANCIAL LOSS.
iv) FAMILY / PROPERTY DISPUTES.
v)SEXUAL problems like Weakness; or not conceiving.
vi)OBESITY-Not losing weight.
REMEDY-
A)Most powerful tool to treat “STRESS” is proper nutrition. Your diet should have plenty of 1)B-COMPLEX.
2) VITAMIN-C 3) ZINC.
So food like WHOLE WHEAT BREAD: EGGS; WALNUTS; BROCOLI; POTATO WITH SKIN; ORANGES; WATER MELON and WATER.
Excess of tea; coffee; alcohol and tobacoo should be avoided.
B)Sufficient natural exercise(NOT GYM.) like brisk walking; jogging; swimming; and YOGA(Which is best)
C)Take break from routine work;take holdays.
D)Pass your time with your favorite pets.
E)Talk about your problems with close friends; professional counselor.
Friends these are simple ways of controlling and having “stress free “ life. Otherwise you may land up chronic illness like High Blood Pressure; Migraine; Backaches; Trembling; THYROID disorder; WEIGHT GAIN.
