Hello Friends,
we have invested in Haldiram Bhujiawala Inc, Wazirpur, Delhi. company to collaborate with them as a Super stockist in Hyderabad from our registered firm. As their products reach is not yet there in this part of the country the Haldiram management said it will take some more time to enter into the market in Hyderabad and hence we asked for repayment of our 8 Lakh rupees which they have agreed in writing. This happened in the month of Dec/Jan of 2019, until today we got only 2.5 Lakh rupees back and we have been almost daily following up by calling and mailing, but no body is responding to our communication. We have paid the amount either DD or bank transaction of Rs 8 Lakhs. All the confirmation and communication happened with them via Gmail. Sir, we are very small people working as employees, we wanted to get into business for more revenue generation and there by help the economy as well, but we are stuck now because of this. I am raising this concern for your help regarding this. Such frauds and cheating will discourage lots of budding entrepreneurs. Kindly help us in this regard.
