I bought this product during Feb 2016. with in one month its started more noise in the indoor unit, looses its cooling effect and started condensation at the bottom of the unit.
I reported to customer care and they came and charged the gas and mentioned its a minor mistake due to wrong installation; when I asked about the indoor unit noise they mentioned that its because of dust in the air suction filter and shall be avoided by frequent cleaning.
Within a month again the system looses its performance; again I called the customer care and reported about the problem. Now a service engineer came for assessment and I strongly mentioned him to replace the whole unit(both indoor and out door) after couple of calls to his superior he agreed.
NOW THE REAL PROBLEM STARTS
I has been nearly 1 month I made calls to various level from the seller to the supply chain head and until the delivery boy to bring the replacement product back in to my home.
Now the unit is finally installed but the remote is not working. again I raised a call to the customer care. I spent nearly Rs. 1000 to call those people to bring the new unit.
Pros: Nothing to say
Cons: Cheap product leads to excessive EB charge The skill set of technician in suspicious Made in China.
