I have subscribed for 4Mbps and yes! I am getting it in full speed. Nothing to hide here.
It has been more than a year and I have developed a faith in them. Initially, I took connection on test basis only to
check if I can trust them. Now its 1.5 years and I am satisfied with it.
- Since I hardly face technical issue, I don't call them(CC) often. But they have commitment of resolving issue within 24 hrs. Last week I had issue and they came to my home next morning.
Last and Final: My review might not make some people feel good. That's why, do read the "Disclaimer" above. It is known issue that small areas and town may not get instant support as they expect.
