I’ve made a purchase on Groupon.co.in(order id# 010009179T) for Apple iphone charging combo on 5th Nov and paid this through Internet Banking. So far the item is not dispatched to me and status update on the groupon delivery site is always showing Under process.
I called the customer care multiple time but they people are nonsense and say we will verify the address in next 2 days. In this world of eCommerce some one can imagine this stupidity when you already paid online and after 12 days when you call them, they need 2 more days to verify my order and then they will dispatch this.
At the top of that this fraud company dint introduced COD facility on website because they knew 99% of there order will anyways cancelled because of there Super slow stupid services. Please guys dont buy anything from them, if you call them to refund they would ask you another 15 days to get that, means you paid your hard money, you dint here anything after 15 days and now after all these stress and followups they will give your money back after 30 days. Dont be FOOL stay out of GROUPON.
