Greendust-a cheater. Review on Greendust

I would like to share my experience with customers and Greendust authorities. I had purchased a freeze with Nangloi Unit (located in Delhi) of Greendust. After making the payment they took 4 days to transport the item to my house located in Delhi itself. I found that there was no cooling effect in the freeze and it was defective. I made the complaint to their customer service. They took atleast one week to send their own personnel to get the item checked. I came to know that their was a gas leakage and they had supplied the item without any checking at their end.

I requested to change the item .Nangloi unit of Greendust kept on calling me time and again. They did not show even a single piece of refrigerator during my visit to their unit. They always kept promising that a truck load of item is likely to arrive and they will call me after that. I would like to make every customer aware that neither I ever received a call from Green dust nor any other customer is ever going to get any call.

Finally they took around one and half month to agree to refund the cost of my freeze. Since then they took another 3 weeks to take back ther defective freeze from my house(i.e 18/01/2013). And according to them They will take another 2 weeks in processing etc.It is their version. They may take even one month or  more. Only god can save customers from this type of cheating if they can't save themselves.In fact Greendust is a network of cheaters. All Units of Greendust will give you a money receipt of Their Central unit with phone no 18001023878 and email id (all of their central unit)written on it. But even central office some times say that for refund one has to contact the selling unit.In case of any defect They generally promise to follow the case. They always promise customers that they will get a call by evening. But no customer ever gets a call.

Some times they give a phone no of their nangloi unit. This phone is never picked up.Some times after refund advice, they promise to refund the money in atleast one month.What is this? Is it a modern day company. In which era Greendust is living?Come on all customers.... This type of company has no place on this earth.Don't let them sit idle till they sort all customer problem. Keep on writing about them till your grievances are redressed.
