Hi guys, I am back with my review. Today I will share my reviews for Green tea.
From past 3 to 4 years, I am consuming green tea 4 to 5 cups a day. I used brand “Eco Valley Organic Green Tea”. It contains main ingredients Ginger, Mulethi & Lemon.
I owe an electric jug in my office which I used to boil water and consume green tea within a proper interval of times. I would like to mention the benefits of green tea which I know and have also observed when I started to consume it.
a) Green tea basically has an important antioxidant name as catechins which help in stopping damage to our skin cells and it protects our skin.
b) Consuming green tea protects our teeth and kills the bacteria in our mouth which are responsible for teeth decay.
c) Green tea contains few other important antioxidants which make our brain work more effectively resulting in smart work.
d) Another main advantage of green tea is that it directly works on fat reduction and burns the unwanted fats inside our body.
e) Few types of research have claimed in their research that drinking green tea regularly avoids the risk of dangerous diseases like cancer and diabetes.
I was a regular customer and used to drink Lipton Honey Lemon Green but 2 years back I saw the news on TV that green tea bags of Lipton are infected and contains worms. So I stopped using that product and switched to product Eco Valley Organic Green Tea and to date I am using this. Eco valley green has many good ingredients in it which makes the taste of green tea good. If you are not used to the bitter taste of green tea then you can have honey in it. Honey with green tea has many other advantages too. Consuming daily I have seen many changes in myself. My skin has numerous changes and it has a glowing effect. I have control my weight to 65kgs from past years. Rarely I fall sick and feel energetic whole day while consuming the green tea.
As every product has many advantages same way it has disadvantages too. Green tea too has few disadvantages but these advantages overcome that too. Don’t drink too much green tea. Just target 5 to 6 cups a day with regular time interval to achieve its benefits.
So guys don’t worry and start to have green tea regularly to enjoy the miracle beverage.
